Your certificate will already be available for you as a PDF file to download upon completion of the course. To do so, please log in to your user account and click on your course under "Enrolled courses" and start it. As soon as you have clicked on "Start course", you will find a list on the left side, under which you can find the certificate for printing.
After completing a Masterclass, you can request your certificate through the website. You will receive a hand-signed certificate, which will be sent by post directly to your home.
